Assalamu ‘alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu.
From my initial engagements with the students, teachers, various staffs and BOT members of this university, I found that a general dissatisfaction is prevailing and at the same time there is an immense potential for growth. Therefore, my first job is to identify the root problems causing dissatisfaction and then eliminate them, using the growth-potential of the university, to restore satisfaction and pride amongst all.
To achieve that, the principles that I shall follow are as follows:
- Formulation/completion of different policies and adherence to them.
- All will work not to please anyone, but to fulfill own responsibilities,.
- Maintain discipline.
- Practice ethics and humbleness.
- Keep the environment clean and beautiful.
- The priority to be followed in case of providing any kind of service will be in the order of – students, guardians, teachers, and then all others.
- Talk less, listen and act more.
No work can be done alone. Team effort will be the key to success. Therefore, I hope that I shall receive full cooperation from all corners.
I put my trust in the Almighty Allah to make our journey easy and grant success within a reasonable time period. Ameen.
